You were kind enough to provide the Newton Software for StatsNOW that I had purchased from you way back in the day after my PC crash... Previously I asked a few questions but don't ever recall getting a reply form you about them. 1) Is the Newton Version of StatsNOW released into Freeware so Newton Users can use it without restriction or support but of course the copyrights to this are ALL still yours? ANSWER: Use of StatsNOW for the Newton is free and unrestricted. So you statement is correct. 2) If it is (Freeware) would you grant permission to me to upload this software to the Newton Software Archive on the Internet located at www.unna.org with aemail confirming this? ANSWER: Yes, you have permission to post the software. We would love to place ALL the files up there (including Newton Packages, Documentation, Website and Conduits to the Desktop which I believe you have a PC Version which you documented on your website also. ANSWER: I still sell a PocketPC and desktop version of StatsNOW. Although the files are incompatible with the Newton version, many of the internal algorithms are the same. I don't want to release the source to the Newton version because I still want to protect the PocketPC and PC versions. Your Newton software is still being listed elsewhere on the internet as a DEMO and I thought if it were released as Freeware already that others would be interested and like a way to access it. It would be great also as we can also place a link to your current website and software that you are still developing... ANSWER: The website is www.statsnow.net
