This program works only with NOS 2.1,i.e. mp2x00. This is a fully-functioning demo of a program designed to keep track of rental units, be they apartments or simply rooms to rent. It is a demo, because the only things it keeps track of right now, are name, rent, repairs, and notes. If that's all you need, feel free to use this program as freeware. If you need more, like keeping track of leases, deposits, etc. please email me, and I will customize the program to meet your needs for a flat fee of $40.00. On the overview, you are able to view rents,names, and number of keys by unit #. The graphics package needs to be on the internal store. The main program itself can be either on the internal store or on a card. The information stored can be searched, deleted, or sent to the notes application for uploading to a host computer using "options" under the info button. Have Fun!
